A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required at the time of booking, to be paid by bank transfer. The property will contact the guest to provide the bank details necessary for payment. The balance of the stay must be made by bank transfer a few days before arrival or in cash at check-in. Payments with credit cards, debit cards or checks are not accepted. Children under 18 can check in only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. To ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay for all guests, the property does not accept reservations from groups composed exclusively of teenagers. Towels are not provided. Bed linen can be brought by guests or rented on site for 12 € per person per stay. If you wish to use the bed linen rental service, you must inform the property in advance using the appropriate "Special Requests" section when booking or by contacting the property directly. For arrivals between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM there is a surcharge of 30 €. All late check-in requests must be agreed upon in advance and are subject to confirmation by the facility. Check-in is not possible after 8:00 PM.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
